Outdoor Gravel Storage – RVs, Boats, Trailers & Equipment
3 large pads and 3 apron spotsThree large gravel pads are available, each about 12 by 60 feet. A pad can accommodate a large RV or several vehicles belonging to one renter. Three apron spots, each about 12 by 25 feet, are also available for smaller vehicles and boats. Confirm the fit and access with Ben before arrival.
One pad is rented as a whole space; it is not divided among separate renters.

Pole Barn – Indoor Cold Storage
2 pole barn spaces totalTwo pole barn spaces are available for boats and vehicles up to 33 feet long that clear a 10-foot door. Measure the complete vehicle or boat and trailer, including its height, and confirm the fit with Ben.
Two pole barn spaces total, shared across the listed rate tiers. Availability and fit must be confirmed before arrival. Winter storage requires the first five months paid up front when you sign.

Returning customers get first call. We are looking to fill available shop space on annual contracts.

Yes. The shop and pole barn provide unheated indoor cold storage. Include your unit’s length, width, and height so we can confirm the fit.
Can you store cars, boats, and trailers?
Yes. We store RVs, boats, cars, trailers, and equipment when the available space fits the item.
What is the minimum rental term?
Winter storage typically has a minimum term of five months, paid up front when you sign. Your written agreement will confirm the final term and payment details.
Is the property easy to access with a large RV?
Yes. The rural property is just off Highway 81 near Thompson, with more room to maneuver than a tight in-town lot.
Do renters need their own insurance?
