  • Outdoor gravel: Large gravel spot, about 12 by 60 ft: 3 outdoor spaces open now. Book online. Smaller outdoor spot, about 12 by 25 ft: 2 outdoor spaces open now. Book online.
  • Pole barn (unheated): Wait List Only Up to 25 ft: Full. Join the wait list. 25 ft to 30 ft: Full. Join the wait list.
  • Shop (unheated): Wait List Only Approximately 12' × 50' RV space: Full. Join the wait list. 25' × 10' car/boat spaces: Full. Join the wait list. Small spaces: Full. Join the wait list.

These statuses are updated regularly. Ben will confirm the opening before you make plans.

Before you send

  • Your request: This form sends your question or wait-list request to Ben. This is not a reservation. No space has been assigned or held by this request.
  • Your details: Ben uses the information you enter to answer your question or consider a storage request. Please check it before submitting.
  • Winter payment: Winter storage requires five months paid up front. After the prepaid months, storage continues month to month at the same monthly rate. Annual shop contracts are a preference for new shop renters, not a requirement for this winter offer. You may prepay more months within the booking page limits; arrange any additional prepayment with Ben directly.
  • Running vehicles only: Any motor vehicle must get into its storage spot under its own power. No dead vehicles.

Planning for spring? Choose Not sure yet and put your spring dates in Desired Start Date and Message / Additional Details. You can ask about dates outside the winter booking window.

Texts, emails and Facebook messages are answered within a day. If you leave a voicemail, Ben will call back from his cell the same day, usually right away, often with a text first. Response times are in America/Chicago.
