Winter Storage Guidelines

• All units must be winterized before arrival.
• Remove all propane tanks and gas cans from your unit.
• Rodent deterrent tip: place dryer sheets inside your vehicle or trailer.
• Insurance notice: Ben’s Farm does not provide coverage for damage or theft. Renters should carry adequate insurance.
• Remove loose/valuable items; we are not liable for loss or damage once the unit is on‑site.
